Does this sound familiar?

(Introducing my signature 6-week program: Roots of Embodiment)

You’re longing to feel differently… to feel more confident in yourself and your decisions, to feel aligned (physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically), to know yourself, to actually feel alive, rather than just going through the motions.

To be embodied is to be empowered, so let’s plant the roots of embodiment that lead to uncovering you: your joy, your desires, your relaxation, your boundaries, your priorities… your empowered self and aligned life.

We’ll do this through self-reflection and understanding the wisdom of the body.

Hi! I’ve been MIA on here for awhile because I’ve been so deep in creation… and honestly, just enjoying stillness. I’ve been writing, designing, crafting, sitting in silence (or dancing around to my favourite vibe-y music), practicing yoga, learning more about the mind-body connection, spending time with my horses, walking in the woods… and all of it has birthed my new signature program (which I’m so excited about), Roots of Embodiment.

And so now, I offer it to you.

The question I see and hear so often is people asking “what’s wrong with me?” Whether that’s in relation to wondering why you can’t seem to fit into the boxes that everyone else seems content to fit into, or whether it’s in relation to wondering why you’re never happy, why you feel anxious, why the days and weeks and months seem to drag on and you keep hoping for a change, to feel differently, to find joy…

And my response is this: you’re asking the wrong question.

The question is not “what’s wrong with me?” The question is, “what do I long for?”

Our bodies are speaking to us all the time, and when we don’t listen, they often do whatever is needed to get our attention. In most cases, people take their physical pain and illness seriously. But, how often does anyone take their lack of joy or desire or sense of self or energetic alignment seriously, until it manifests as burn out, or fatigue, or resentment, or brain fog, or anxiety?

Isn’t it wild how listening to our bodies and living in alignment with ourselves is considered a luxury? Isn’t it wild how, in a world where we’re technically more connected than ever before, we’re actually more disconnected than ever before?

In Roots of Embodiment, we’ll begin by uncovering how to experience more good in your life, to value your play, rest, and creativity as much as your productivity, to identify your limiting beliefs, and to know what’s truly important to you, all so that you can get to know yourself better and then embody it.

And, we’ll explore this through self-reflection and understanding your body’s wisdom through mind-body movement, guided visualization, and simple take-home practices.

Being in tune with your body and living in alignment with your soul is not a luxury, it’s a lifeline.
